Overview

The Faculty of Pharmacy was established at the Asian International University in the year 2023 affiliated with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) with the aim of providing quality education in the field of pharmacy. The Faculty of Pharmacy offers D.Pharm. and B.Pharm. courses. One of the top institutions in North East India is the Asian International University, whose pharmacy department has an outstanding curriculum designed to produce future pharmacists with professional skills who will be important contributors to the country’s overall health care system as well as that of the region. The Department has state of the art laboratories and well qualified and experienced faculty members. Co-curricular and extracurricular activities are included to the curriculum to give students a breath of fresh air and help them develop the leadership and personality traits that are just as important for success in the competitive world as technical proficiency.

The courses under the Faculty of Pharmacy are the following:

D.PHARM. 2 Years 10+2 with PCB/PCM from a recognized Board
B.PHARM. 4 Years (8 Semesters) 10+2 with PCB/PCM from a recognized Board
B.PHARM. (Lateral Entry) 3 Years (6 Semesters) Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% marks.

The D. Pharm program empowers aspiring students with a solid foundation in harmaceutical sciences, preparing them for crucial roles in healthcare. Through a practical and industry-relevant curriculum, students gain the skills needed to begin their careers in the dynamic field of pharmacy.

Duration: 2 Years Program
Eligibility: 10+2 with PCM/PCB

B. Pharm program is designed to prepare students for key roles at various levels of the pharmaceutical industry. It focuses sharply on practical application and active engagement, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare system.

Duration: 4 Years Program
Eligibility: 10+2 with PCM/PCB

B. Pharm-LE program is designed to prepare students for key roles at various levels of the pharmaceutical industry. It focuses sharply on practical application and active engagement, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare system.
